Glacier Rocks Stainless Steel Sphere

I've know of Hidden Lake Garden Home for many years and always appreciated the quality of their selections and suggestions. Recently, I purchased the Glacier Rocks Stainless Steel Sphere, being a Scotch drinker who only drinks it neat. I've used several things in the past to keep the liquid cold but never have I finished the drink and had the product still be ice cold. I'm very impressed with the product but equally impressed with the quality of the service and high end product selection that is consistent with HLGH's taste. They have always presented unique quality and unparalleled service, so this experience was nothing new. The owner reached out to me after the product arrived to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I'm convinced that you can always find new technology to get things done but service is always a foundation from the people running the business, here's another example of "high-end" service that will always be appreciated.
