RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Hidden Lake Garden & Home, we’re dedicated to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist. You have a 30-day window to return the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund of the item’s cost (excluding shipping and handling fees).

Please ensure that the returned item is unused and in its original condition, as well as the original shipping boxes and packing material that you received it in. For items returned within the first 30 days, we’ll refund your purchase amount to the original payment method minus any shipping and handling fees incurred. For returns initiated after 30 days, we’ll issue a merchandise credit.

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your items. Please make sure to add insurance and get a tracking number.  Please ship returns to:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval for a refund. If approved, you’ll receive the refund using your original payment method.

Please note that gift cards and sales items are not eligible for refunds.

STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any items missing during transit or misplaced upon delivery. If you are experiencing these issues in your area, you can require a signature for receipt by emailing customerservice@hiddenlakegardenhome.com at the time of your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at customerservice@hiddenlakegardenhome.com. Our team will promptly assist you and provide detailed return instructions. To expedite the process, kindly include photographs of the damaged merchandise and the shipping boxes (as shippers require).

HOLIDAY RETURNS

For added convenience during the holiday season, items purchased between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for return until January 31st of the following year. You can receive a refund using the original payment method, excluding any shipping and handling fees incurred.
