Artist George Carruth
This sculpture is based on a drawing George did years ago, even before he started sculpting. He had just quit his job at an advertising agency and had no idea what career direction to take. As a result, He sat at his desk every day drawing images like this, he was 28 years old.
Just for fun and old times sake, George updated this image into stone. After many years, and hundreds of nature based designs, it still makes him smile.
