Daisy The Noblesse Indoor - Outdoor Planter
Daisy The Noblesse Indoor - Outdoor Planter
When we think of Daisy, we think first and foremost of Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark, Margrethe the 2nd. It is a public secret among Danes that family and friends call the Queen by the nickname Daisy.
Bergs designed the Daisy series to symbolize the Queen's strength, elegance, and classical lines. The name refers to the flower by the same name—the Marguerite—with all its class, elegance, and simple beauty. Thus, the Bergs Daisy represents both the Queen of Denmark and a flower favorite to many. The pot comes both as a classical standing pot and a wall-hanging pot. And trust us, you want to hang out with Daisy!
Today, Berg potters make their hand-crafted pots in a small village near Lucca in Tuscany. Berg's planters capture the simple beauty of Danish design, drawing inspiration from time-tested antique styles. Every planter and saucer is made from the best quality Italian terracotta clay, high-fired for frost resistance and indoor-outdoor durability. The terracotta will develop a weathered patina; you may polish your planters with a mild vinegar solution and a soft cloth to restore a spotless appearance.
- Galestro terracotta clay
- Use indoor or outdoor
- Winter care: For best longevity, empty and place upside down on boards or pot feet during winter.
Please note: each pot or saucer is hand-finished, so you should expect to find some variation in color and texture. Due to the porous quality of natural clay, items will change color or patina over time from exposure to water, handling, and salts found in soil. In addition, items may arrive with some handling marks; use a vinegar solution to return your item to its original finish after handling.
- Drainage hole included
- Handmade in Italy

First of all, Sharon was absolutely great and really went above and beyond for me by locating a second daisy pot in her warehouse. All four pots were meticulously packed so there was zero shipping damage. We had a little problem with the verbiage not matching the actual pot dimensions, but Sharon was quick to make it right. I’m totally satisfied. Thank you Sharon.
